Who we are

This site is run by lckylabs.com. For personal data collected through this site, the responsible party (controller) is lckylabs.com. You can reach us at the address in the Contact section below.

lckylabs is a project in development. There is no account, login or product on this site yet, only information pages and an early access list.

What data we collect

We collect only the data listed here.

• Early access list: your email address, whether you are an auto service or a driver, your preferred language, and your confirmation of consent. Google Forms also records the time of your submission. We do not ask for your name, phone number or other details.
• Messages to us: if you write to our contact address, we receive your email address and what you write.
• Analytics, only if you accept: see the Analytics section below.
• Server logs: the host of this site processes technical data when your browser requests a page. See the Server logs section below.

How we use it

We use data only for these purposes.

• Early access list: to tell you about the lckylabs beta, and only about that. This is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Messages to us: to answer you. This is based on our legitimate interest in replying to people who write to us.
• Analytics: to understand how the site is used and to improve it. This is based on your consent.
• Server logs: to deliver the site and keep it secure. This is based on our legitimate interest in running a secure site.

Early access list and Google Forms

The early access form is run in Google Forms. Google processes your answers on our behalf and stores them in a Google Sheet in our Google Workspace account. Google's own terms and privacy policy apply to that processing. When you open the form, your browser connects to Google, which may also process technical data about your visit under its own privacy policy.

Responses are read only by the lckylabs team. We do not share the list with anyone and we do not copy it to other tools.

We keep your entry until the beta opens or until you ask to be removed, whichever comes first. We also review the whole list every 6 months and delete entries we no longer need.

To be removed from the early access list, write to the contact address below. We delete your entry within a few days and reply once to confirm.

Analytics

This site can use Microsoft Clarity, an analytics service from Microsoft. It is off by default. It loads only after you accept analytics in the consent banner, and the site works fully if you decline.

If you accept, Clarity receives information about how you use the site, such as the pages you visit, clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, your device, browser and approximate location, and the page that brought you here. It may create recordings and heatmaps of your visit. We also count page views and clicks on the early access button, together with where the button was, the site language and, on a comparison page, which comparison you were on. We do not send your email address, your name or other personal data to Clarity.

If you accept, Clarity sets cookies in your browser to recognise your visit across pages: its own cookies _clck and _clsk, and it may also set Microsoft cookies (CLID, ANONCHK, MR, MUID and SM).

Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie. Until you choose, and if you decline, Clarity is not loaded and no analytics data is sent. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" button at the bottom of every page; the page then reloads to stop Clarity. You can also delete cookies in your browser. Withdrawing does not affect processing that happened before.

Language choice

When you pick a language in the language menu, your browser keeps its code in its local storage, so the site opens in that language next time. It is not sent to us, and you can clear it by clearing the site data in your browser.

Server logs

This site is served by a hosting provider. Like any web server, it receives technical data with each request, such as your IP address, the page requested, the time and your browser type, and keeps it in server logs for security and operation. The host keeps these logs under its own policy. We do not use them to identify visitors.

Who receives your data

We do not sell your data. It goes only to providers that help us run the site and the list: Google (the form and the sheet), our hosting provider, our email provider (when you write to us), and Microsoft (analytics, only if you accept). Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under their own terms.

When the app opens, the text of the requests and replies sent through it is passed to a service provider that translates it. We will update this page before that starts.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• ask for access to the data we hold about you;
• ask us to correct it;
• ask us to erase it;
• ask us to restrict its processing;
• object to processing that is based on our legitimate interest;
• receive the data you gave us on the basis of consent in a portable form;
• withdraw your consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.

You can also complain to a data protection authority. In Lithuania this is the State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija), vdai.lrv.lt. You can also complain to the authority in the EU country where you live or work.

We update this page when something changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
